Lado Technologies has developed a retro fit electric system for popular air retracts that eliminates the need for air. You simply remove the air components in your retract system and install our electric linear actuator. Connect our actuator to your receiver just like a servo and youre done. The electronics mounted on the actuator moves your gear up and down at a realistic speed that is easily adjustable.
All of our products are manufactured right here in the USA. In fact, all the CNC machining is done here in our shop. This allows us to not only provide you a high quality product but ability to customize our electric actuator to fit your application. News / Announcements: April 3, 2008 As some of you may have heard we had to redesign our 1/5 Scale Electric Retract due to a supplier problem. As a result of this redesign we had to move our shop and purchase a new lathe. CLICK HERE to see our new shop. So its been a busy year. Its been alot of work, but well worth it. With our new shop and equipment we can handle the volume of orders easily. Also our website has been update so we can modify and update our products on the fly. So when placing an order please look at the text below the order button, this will tell you if the product is in stock or not. If the product is out of stock you will also see an esitmate of when a new order would ship. Also we add detailed mechanical drawings, if you click on the mechanical drawing on a product page a larger picture with detailed demension will open. You can use this to see if retracts will fit in your kit or actuators in your retracts. NEW! We have a new 60 series retract, the 60-5 wide mount. This retract will drop right into the Top Flite .60 size planes, including the new Top Flite Mustang coming out later this year. The 60-5 also has the same mouning pattern as a Robart 605. The redesign of the 1/5 Scale Electric Actuators are done and we are shipping them again. We have a lot of back orders on these so for any new orders please note the 4 - 6 week lead time. This is a completelly new design mechanically. The new actuators have some nice improvments. 1) 25% more power, with push / pull forces to 45 pounds! 2)All Ballbearing through the entire design for smooth operation. 3)New higher resolution, smaller encoder. With the new encoder design we where able to shave over 1/4" of the lenght of the actuator. If you have any questions about any of our products please don't hesitate to contact us.
